My glass is half full

My glass is half full, no really it is, see, won’t someone get home and refill it for me?

I was just sitting on my verandah scrolling through my holiday pics, when I looked at my glass and realized both literally and metaphorically that this year my glass really has been half full, or perhaps even filled to the brim with the most amazing life experiences.

This year I have set up my own business, been the fittest I have ever been, I have lived out my dream of living by the beach, I have travelled to new overseas locations, I am heading overseas again in November, and I have challenged myself further than I ever imagined possible.

Though I still travel the world to find new beauty, I can now look inside and find everything I need. I can drive an hour to the beach and I can stay there and recharge and fill my life with the happiest of moments as I play by the water in the sunshine.

Every day is a holiday when your glass is half full.
